The meaning of spiritual life lies in discovering the truth within oneself. It is not limited merely to worship, temples-mosques, derasars-gurdwaras, and churches. Swami Vivekananda had said, “Seek God not outside, but within yourself!”
That is why it has been said that the soul itself is the Supreme Soul. Manifest the Supreme Soul within your own being, do it daily, journey through your own body, focus on your breath – this is the Vipassanā of Tathagata Buddha.
Concentrate your awareness from the tip of your nail to the crown of your head, and from the crown of your head to the tip of your nail – therein lies the bliss and the vision of life.

“आंतरिक यात्रा : आध्यात्मिक सत्य की खोज.”
आध्यात्मिक जीवन का अर्थ है – अपने भीतर की सच्चाई खोजना। यह सिर्फ पूजा-पाठ, मंदिर-मस्जिद, डेरासर-गुरुद्वारा और चर्च तक ही सीमित नहीं है। स्वामी विवेकानंद ने कहा था,” ईश्वर को बाहर नहीं अपने अंदर खोजो !”
इसीलिए तो कहा गया है कि आत्मा ही परमात्मा है। आत्मा ही परमात्मा का मैनिफेस्टेशन (अभिव्यक्ति) करो, रोज करो, अपने ही काया की यात्रा करो, अपनी सांसों पर ध्यान केंद्रित करो, यहीं तथागत बुद्ध की विपश्यना है।
नख से सिख तक और सिख से नख तक ध्यान केंद्रित करो, यहीं जीवन का आनंद और दर्शन है।
